AIMS & OBJECTIVES

  1. The object is to serve humanity for the establishment of welfare state and to highlight and safeguard the fundamental rights and directive principles to propagate the fundamental duties under the head of articles 51A of the constitution of India and inculcate the habit to observe fundamental duties in practical life as well as to root out communalism, to eliminate amenity, hatred, disaffection on contempt on the ground of religion.
  2. To establish, manage and co-ordinate educational institutes.
  3. To promote harmony and good understanding among citizens regardless of their religion, caste, community etc. in order to uplift the integrity of the nation.
  4. To foster Ahle Sunnat-wal-Jama’ath in accordance with Hanafi, Shafi, Hambali and Maliki Maslaks with Ash’ari and Mathuridi schools of believes.
  5. To provide moral education for Muslims and co-ordinate Madrasas and religious educational institutes.
  6. To teach from Naazra Quran to Hifz-e-Quran etc, and Islamic Theology upto “Darse-Nizami” as per Ahle Sunnat wal Jama’at and to manage it with carefully and properly.
  7. To establish and maintain educational schools and institutions for imparting education and training to children, young boys, girls as well as adults and also to setup and maintain technical vocational schools and institutions to impart educative and vocational pursuits for the development of their character.
  8. To undertake projects, programmes, schemes, relating to health, education such as Medical Hospital, Dental Hospital, Charitable Dispensaries, Medical Aid Centres, Medical Labs & Diagnostic centre, Child welfare centres and any such other institution of similar nature for poor and needy people of India.
  9. To establish maintain, manage and administer educational institution including professional and technical colleges such as institute of technology etc for the deserving and needy youths who after being trained at these institution may get employment in their respective fields and their after may serve the society and contribute substantially to the development of the nation as worthy sons and daughters of the nation.
  10. To help, aid, assist, undertakes, organise, establish and maintain Modern madrasa, schools including public schools Institutions, college for imparting general vocational, industrial, technical, medical, professional, physical, mental and moral education to promote for the advancement of the education, culture, language, art, science, health and assist and provide financial assistance to the poor and needy people of the community and for any other causes of their general utility.
  11. To establish, run and maintain poor houses and any other such charitable institutions for the benefit of poor people of the community.
  12. To aid, assist and health deserving people of the community particularly in the rural areas and backward areas in connection with their personnel, social and cultural needs including health and education, marriages and others.
  13. To found assist and support, establish and maintain libraries and reading rooms, and establish and maintain boarding houses or hostels or assist such institutions.
  14. To publish ressalah, books and magazines for the development of education, culture, language and to distribute them among the members of the poor and weaker community and general public with or without charging price.
  15. To provide the endowments, stipends, scholarships and other allowances to deserving and needy students for promotion and encouragement of Technical, Professional and Vocational Education.
  16. To open and maintain orphanages, widows homes and homes for blind and handicapped persons and provide them vocational and other training or to render assistance to any such existing institution or institutions.
  17. To maintain, contribute or to give aid to any existing medical, Technical, Professional, Educational or Social Institutions or any charitable institutions with philanthropic purposes which may be in the general interest of the poor of all castes of community and do all such acts and things with the objective of giving relief to the poor and backward people.
  18. To maintain, aid and assist the institution or institutions carrying out activities for national integration and preservation of secular character of the nation.
  19. To do all such acts and things as may be conductive to the well being the society in general and upliftment or economic conditions of the masses in particular.
  20. To make all efforts for the development of rural employment as well as urban employment.
  21. To accept donations (in cash or kind) subscriptions, grants, and presents and to collect dividends, rents, interests and other income of the Trust fund etc for being utilised to further the object thereof.
  22. To undertake projects, programmes and schemes for providing free formal and non-formal education to the poor and illiterate children belonging to urban slum area, backward rural and tribal areas who for social or economic reasons are not attending schools.
  23. To undertake projects schemes for providing minimum basic literacy skills to the illiterates through setting up adult education and non-formal education centre in urban slums, backward, rural and tribal areas.
  24. To take up schemes and projects for pollution’s control and health awareness programmes.
  25. To take up schemes and projects for electronic as well as print media in the interest of the nation as well as general public of India and sub-continent.
  26. To take over with all its assets and liabilities without previous liabilities and own maintain, manage and administration any existing educational institution, including professional and technical colleges such as Institute of Science and Technology, Polytechnic Medical College and Hospital, Dental college and hospital, Institute of Management or Teaching education, already lawfully established and being administered by the any charitable trust or registered society, having similar aim and object if such sponsoring body or the founder Trust or Society is unable to run and manage the said existing institution, due to paucity of fund their disposal or due to their other incapability if they requests and offers to take over the said existing academic Institution through unanimous resolution of their Board of Trustees or general body of the society as the case may be.
